Hello Ladies I need help reading my chart. I am due to come onto my period today but my chart says the 16th. Then my chart is all over the place. What does this mean?? I am new to the charting scene and any help would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on how you've set the settings for your LP. 14 is average and until you know, stick with that. Looks like your chart is set right for your O this month. I find my temps drop below coverline 1-2 days before AF, which if this is the case for you, then AF showed or will show today, in which case change your next chart to 12 day LP and see how that goes. Also the LP is supposed to be consistent, so if you are longer or shorter cycle it's because of a delayed or early O.
