Don't like what you see on this chart?

How does this work - I think I may be a little slow on the draw - does my cycle start after AF is done - or sould I be tracking every day? Thanks!

your cycle starts the day you begin AF but you don't have to take your temps during AF...you should begin temping the day after AF is finished so that would have been CD 5 and continue to do so throughout your cycle in order to know when you have ovulated and hopefully get that BFP! even though you're on CD 18 you can start temping from now until the end of your cycle. [to see when/if you've already ovulated...] good luck!

Thanks for your help:) although I am wondering why it says cd 1 starts on the 21st - the AF is supposed to stop. Is there a way to change that - I entered my info on the calendar and that's what is carrying over.

Wow this looks complicated. Is it:) ?

when you log in your periods, use the calendar to do that and log in any dr. appts. its not complicated after you get the hang of it:-) just remember the day after af when you begin temping,
-take your temp same time each morning
-use bbt thermometer
-any random temps that are out in left field, due to stress, lack of sleep, etc--go ahead and X those out by hitting the temp again (this will keep your coverline from getting messed up)
if i were you, i would most definitely read "taking charge of your fertility". its amazing & helps you to understand charting well & patterns to look for. i think it'd be a great little investment esp. if you are serious about using charts in the ttc process. good luck!!!!!

Thanks ceb for taking time out ot explain - it's much appreciated. Will take a look at that book:) I actually registered a temp of almost 100 last night so I will x that out. Had the flu and now am back to normal lol...or as close as I get!
