Usually my temps make a much more noticle rise, but this time I flat lined around ovulation time.

do u use opk?

i dont ever really get a rise. it just slowly rises but id say u ovulated cd 13-14 bcuz of teh little rise. good luck hoep that helps baby dust

It can take 3-4 day to see a rise after you ovulated.

X out your outlying temp on CD 7 because it's a lot higher than your other temps and could be a fluke. It looks like your coverline should be just above 97.6. It looks like you may have O'd on the 14th, not the 12th, because your temps don't rise 2/10th over the 97.6 coverline until the 15th. That would also mean you'd only have 9 days in the LP where your temps are over the coverline. Your low LP temps and rapid decline before AF could mean your progesterone levels were low this cycle.

I also agree your coverline is a little too high. Yours should be above 97.6 as the previous poster advised.
If you havent already take a look at the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility and it explains in details all the ins and outs of charting.

I used OPK during this month. I got my first positive OPK on CD 11

the low progesterone levels probably explain why my period was so light and short this month

I just realized I didn't have any PMS symptoms last month either. Also probably from the low progesterone.

I had a cycle with a positive OPK, but my temps didn't rise until several days later. I believe the temps are supposed to be more accurate than the OPKs. If your cycle this month looks the same, you may want to consider getting your progesterone levels checked. You may not be able to sustain a pregnancy if your temps don't stay over the coverline for 10 or more days.
