Homemade Baby Food
If you haven't already figured it out, babies are expensive!
Making your own baby food is an easy and cheap alternative to pre-packaged store bought baby food and
will help to give your baby a great start in life.
Most fruits and vegetables are made the same way: wash, peel, core, slice (or simply buy frozen),
microwave, puree, pour into ice-cube trays or the
Fresh Baby So Easy Baby Food/Breast Milk Trays
which prevent freezer burn and keep freezer odors out of your baby's food, freeze for 8-10 hours and transfer to freezer bags until ready to serve.
To serve, simply defrost one or more single-serving cubes and feed.
