Wanted to fill you in on the u/s:-) Well, my cysts from pcos are starting to diminish-yay! that icky glumetza is doing its job & the dr. said that the letrozole is really working great too (good stuff!). i had 1 follicle on right at 21mm; left side had 2 follicles--31mm & 21mm. there was another on the right at 10mm but i was told it would probably fizzle out. they gave me the shot & told us to have at it with the bding over the next few days. my lining was 10 which i am assuming is ok, b/c nothing neg. was said about it. my ovaries looked VERY different than they did just a few months ago. there is hope for pcos & that just reassured me today:-) take care & keep me posted with how your meds/u/s/etc is going!

forgot to add...dr. said from BT that my LH was 24.6 & estradiol was 288. i guess this is good but not really knowing what the estradiol is all about. i read a little about it being the estrogen coming from ovaries possibly and its supposed to be around 200-250 at ovulation. honestly dont care what all these hormones are as long as they bring a BFP LOL!

Nice size follies and the endo is good i go for my ultrasound today at 11 so i am curious to see what goes on cause i had my surge friday so id say i have already ovulated. Me and hubs has been bding like crazy to make sure we catch ovulation exactly. I am so happy the letrozole is working well for you and that your cysts diminishing ......mine went away a couple of weeks ago which i guess caused the breakthrough bleeding he was talking about two weeks ago. so maybe that is a good sign for both of us. I will update you today when i get back from the doc. BABY DUST!.

I had 6 follicles and one cyst my endo lining was 10.97 so everything is good :)

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how big were your follies? both sides working? that is crazy--one of those guys has gotta take!

Yeah i know totally crazy the letrozole (aka femara) worked really well on me my bb's have been hurting sinse i left the doc office but anyways my follie sizes were ( i had 4 on my left and 2 on my right) they were 37mm 27mm 22mm 17mm 12mm and i didnt see the other two sizes i was in such shock lol plus the cyst was 45 mm i will go for my progesterone test monday so hopefully i can find out before christmas the results. I am so excited :) And sorry if this is to much info i have also had way more cervical fluid. He checked my uterus via ultrasound so im not sure what that was for sinse he never done that before.

that is great about the follie sizes! maybe he was checking you out to be safe since you had a cyst. just a guess? will that cyst go away on its own? did they trigger you? so exciting!!!!!

Well when he checked my uterus he has me slide way down on the table to the point my hiney was hanging off lol so i am wondering if maybe he thinks i have a tilted uterus. My cysts usually go away on there own. but iam having some major breast pain its so uncomfortable it feels like right after you have a baby and your milk starts to become available. So i dont know i guess its cause of ovulation but he said as of yesterday it didnt look like i had ovulated yet although i got my surge on friday. I normally have pain in my sides around my ovarys when ovulation occurs but this whole breast pain at ovulation is new.

question for you...

if you have multiple eggs that will ovulate, is it possible for them to drop and different times? or will they go at the same time?

Well all eggs that are going to ovulate ovulate (aka) drop within 12 hrs i took an opk yesterday and it was dark but not a positive so im not sure if i o'd yet but i have been having a little crampyness today so maybe its it. How is ur cycle going?

i had pains on cd12 (day of supposed O), then on cd13 i had more pains. weird?? they were just as strong if not a little worse. after that, nothing...no pains or anything. i wasn't sure if 1 ovulated on cd12 and maybe more on cd13 or if that was even possible. could it have been post-O pains? ugh so confusing.

Well i used to have that on the clomid i think the pain is caused either from the follicle breaking open and the egg being released or the little fingers at the end of the f. tube or inside pulling the egg along. i usually considered the last day of pain and the day after my o time. i just got a letter from the doc about my discharge that he took a sample of apparently he checked for vagintitis and yeast infections all were negative so i am assuming its ovulation discharge. :)

Well here is an update my progesterone level was only a 2.9 which totally sucks thats the lowest its ever been and i got my period yesterday which was christmas day (boy what a gift lol), but its not normal so i dont know what to think but i took a test to make sure and it was negative.

ugh...did they say why the prog. may be that low??? are you taking supplements throughout your luteal? i take prog. 2xs per day in my luteal & it's helped alot! ya, i think i am out this cycle...af cramps, neg. test @ 12dpo, and pms. oh joy!!!! i just want to start meds for this next cycle and get it over with.

Well what i thought was af coming wasnt i spotted for a day and half only brown with one instance of pink not even the size of a quarter and it stopped. I decided to take supplements so who knows i took a test christmas night when the spotting started but if it was implantation it would have been to early.
