Can anyone tell me what cervix position will be like and what the mucus looks like at about 5-6 weeks pregnant?

I think I may be pregnant, I have had really sore breasts the last 3-4 days, and had some cramping and twinges in my lower abdomen, and sometimes the pain will move down my legs to my thighs. I also have been having some back pain but seems to move up and down the back, also have had a few nauseaous days but that would of been closer to ovulation.
Also one other question, after ovulation I had spotting for about 3 days, it was very light nothing heavy, what could of his been from.

Please help.

The spotting could have been from ovulation. When will you test?

The spotting could be from implantation. I've payed very close attention to my body signals and each month varies. Sometimes I have sore breasts ( not usual though), twinges in my abdomen that radiates down my thighs and toes, back pain, but, usually I get my AF when I have these symptoms. I'm in the 2WW and I have sore breasts, bloating, increase in bbt, fatigue. According to this web site it is because my progesterone level is up right now. I'm waiting to see if my temp drops in a few days. If it drops, I'll be starting AF. If it stays elevated past my AF time, then I'm pregnant!

I was thinking of testing on Saturday, just want to give AF a chance if that is what this is, dont want the disappointment of a negative test result. I also have a doctors appointment on Monday for other things so hopefully maybe get a positive by then. Maybe :)

Although my cycles are irregular but I am on cycle day 42 so you think I would have received something by now. When expecting AF I never get sore breats or cramps, never get cramps till a few hours before and this has been happening for over a week or so.

Also this may be to much information but my cervix is really high can hardly reach it sometimes feels like its not even there, its also very soft. The cervical fluid is also creamy, milky, and thickish, Is this a good indication. Should I be testing??

I'm glad you mentioned the cervical mucus because I checked mine tonight for the first time this cycle. It was lotion-like, creamy. I don't know what that indicates. I'm kind of sad because I remember earlier this year I checked my CM 2 day before I started AF, and the CM was lotion-like. So, I'm guessing I'll be starting AF this weekend. I'm wondering if your CM is suppose to be like egg whites when you get pregnant.

Punky, I've been doing a lot of reading up on cm, because I seem to be lacking EWCM.... I guess the dry, sticky, or thicker cm actually acts as a block on the cervix and its inpenitrable for the sperm to get through. The watery or EWCM is thinner and actually helps the sperm get through. So I don't think you HAVE to have EWCM to get pregnant, but it seems that it definitely helps your chances!! Anything is possible, right? You can look up the cycles of cm... it will tell you what each phase is NORMALLY like, but not always. Check out this site: http://ibabydust.com/cervical.asp
It tells a lot about cm, and then you can also google it.

I have read that your cervix returns to low but sometime after you are preg, it moves back up, but when it does that is different for every woman. i couldnt seem to get an estimated time on it. i do know you will get lots of creamy cm with a bfp. i know what you mean about not wanting to test for fear of a negative. i have been charting and had a really awesome looking chart... picture perfect, thought for sure it was it, only to take a test and get a negative. i had 17 days of high temps. i have a 35 day cycle so it gets really frustrating waiting it out. the cycle i thought was it turned out to be 37 days, longest i have had in a loooong time. very disappointing for me. I want to wish you luck and i hope you get your bfp!
