Found these online and the ingredients are AMAZING!!! It is formulated to help regulate hormone production thru minerals and herbs. Many of the herbs benefits are listed on a short post a few days ago when someone asked what I took and what they are for. But wanted to share!!! And look at all the Bs!!!

Oh, and I also just ordered green tea (which we all know the benefits of) that is mixed with motherwort and jasmine also for better blood circulation, hormone regularity, and less breakouts on the skin (mine is so bad lately! I seem to always have one popping up! Darn pimples!). Seemed like a great combo, so give it a shot. Only 20 tea bags, so if not like, pitch it!!!

i tried the red raspberry leaf tea, and i hated it! i might have to wait on the green tea, even though i know it has many benefits. you'll have to let us know how the vitamins and tea pan out for you. good luck! ****

that's why I took the RRL capsules instead of the tea!!! Puritans Pride has them. Green tea is healthy for you even if not TTC and I just feel better the days I drink it. Don't get the decaf as that also deletes most of its benefits. I drink it in the morning when I take my Bs as those vits can keep you awake and I sometimes have horrible insomnia!

babydustglitter said on 11/4/2008 7:04:24 PM Report this post
Or you can take Baby Aspirin - does same as cinnamon or RRL tea.

Kylie said on 11/4/2008 8:00:05 PM Report this post
so what does the green tea taste like? does it have a bad aftertaste? can you add honey to sweeten? it has caffeine? i might just have to try it! )

babydustglitter said on 11/4/2008 8:12:11 PM Report this post
You can add honey. Honey is actually good for you. Or you can add milk. I think it is like a real mild flavor. It is the same leaves as reg tea but picked at a different time. I know this sounds crazy, but I have been out past two days and my nose stuffed back up! Try it!

I am sipping some cab right now. 9 DPO and - on the 20 whatever test. And that snotty chain of emails from Demon Church Lady. What is wrong with her?!?! Ugh!!!

Ok, back from my tangent, I ordered my "special" green tea from www.puritans.com and the # is 239008. Put that in the search area and hit enter. It will pop up. Before I just bought organic tea at the grocery store. I think capsules are avail also... but I like the warmness of the tea :)

I just ordered new vits! I have a magnesium prob. and oxide is almost useless. I got womens "Vitamin Code" by garden of life. They have the best products on the market. While they don't have all the herbs they have raw, organic ingredients in them, nothing synthetic and it's bioavailable for best absorption! They are expensive and you need to take 4 a day but I think this will save me money in the long run because I don't have to buy separate probiotics, manganese & zinc, just the vitamin, magnesium and omega 3's!

I just got them yesterday - very good - they make my pee very bright =) I'm starting with 1 tablet a day, and adding in FA. That was a great deal too - w/S&H it was $27 for 180 tablets - so they could potentially last me 4-6 months! Thanks girl!
