Well hello to all! I am new to the charting biz. I have a 15 month old daughter, Brooke. She is my everything! But... my hold up is TTC # 2, we've been trying for a few months now and its kinda hard to hope and then get let down when AF comes. But we're just praying that God provide our 2nd when we deserve him/her. So... hopefully I can get on track on charting, learn now to do it all and what not. Maybe it will help.
What works best for you ladies? Charting Temps? How do I know when I O?
Thanks for listening!

Charting temps is what I do.
You'll be able to determine your ovulation date within a cycle by charting your temperatures, because your temperatures pre-ovulation will all (or at least mostly) be lower the your post-ovulation temps.
Check out the fertilitygal BBT section using the pregnancy menu at the top of the site (becoming pregnanct > charting to conceive > BBT charting). It will explain how charting your BBTs will identify your ovulation day and will show you sample BBT charts.
It will help you ensure your calendar is set up correctly, and doing it each cycle will show you when you can stop doing the baby dance.

I am 30 years old and have been having problems conceiving since I misscarried my last 2 babies. I am hoping that this fertility chart can help me. I have tried everything. Has anyone ever heard of Ovulex and is it a good product. That is my final thing before i begin the fertility process.

there are a couple posts regarding ovulex. If I recall, two are titled "ovulex" and one is titled "headaches".
