I don't know. But since it has been a few days since you posted and no one else seems to know either, I thought I'd at least leave a comment. That sounds like fairly depressing news to get from the doctors. Good luck. I hope your doctors can tell you their answer to that question.

It seems like most women on another site I am on take fertility meds like Clomid to help.

How is your egg quality? Clomid does it's job, but it can cause quality issues. Hopefully it is a simple fix. What do doctors say?

just wanted to comment, my sister has "low ovarian reserve" & she has been TTC for the past 5 1/2 years. They have had every test done & that is the only thing that they see as a problem, so yes I would say without a doubt that low ovarian reserve is a factor & unless you want to waste TONS of time, I'd go see a RE & try to do a treatment (IUI or IVF).
She has done several IUIs & IVF & it has not worked. the IVF worked but it was a tubal pregnancy that didnt last.
Good Luck to you though!

How did they come to this conclusion? By ratio of LH to FSH or by doing AMH? I would only trust the latter. With diminished reserve, you can get pregnant on own, but will take longer and time is not something you really have when not sure how many eggs you have left that are of good quality. I would go to RE and do treatments honestly. But other wise you can do things to help eggs have:

1. yoga, to improve pelvic blood flow
2. acupuncture, to improve ovarian blood supply
3. DHEA (75 mg daily)
4. wheat germ
5. Moxa stick, to improve blood flow
6. Cinnamon and Ginger, to improve blood flow

I would avoid Clomid and Follistim with Diminished Reserve.
