Hi! I am really confused with my cicle... I ovulated beetween cd 16 and 17. The thing is this cycle my dr checked me in 6 ultrasounds since my cycles have been a little confused lately. They found that I have PCOS but still I ovulated without any problem. With my son I conceived in the 1st month we tried after BCP. Anyway, dr checked me on a friday and I have a 3.2 cms follicle in my left ovary and a 1.6 cms in my right one. He predicted and confirmed I ovulated from the left ov on monday (although my temp rised on wednesday and I felt no CM a little on monday..) when he checked, it had collapsed and measured 2.3 cms. The weird thing is that the follicle on the right ov had grown to 2 cms! He thoght it could have been because of the estrogen and insisted to check me again. We continued with more ultrasound and this time with lots of eggwhite cm until dr confirmed the follicle on the right ov measured 5.5 cms and it has luthaneized without rupturing. Also a blood test done on those days said estrogen was in 245 but progesterone on 2.1 although I already ovulated. Dr told me not to worry and wait until my period come so we could decide what to do. I am 18 dpo with high temps still, implantation dip and even triphasic pattern! My LP have always been 11 - 13 days and I am really going crazy! I took a pregnancy test on 11 and 16 dpo. I dont know what to do. Dr said if temp are still high for a couple of days more I'm probably pregnant but the only pg symptom I have is huge and some days tender breasts.. Please help me if you know what could be happening to me! thanks!

I don't know anything about PCOS, but I can tell you that I got my BFP around 18 dpo. I never had any symptoms, not even sore breasts..I only checked because of a need to reorder an expensive $1300 a month med.
