Even though I have not got my BFP and AF is 5 frigan days late....I am wondering....
I am very tired, getting dizzy/queesy in the afternoon, hungry more often, and either cannot goto the bathroom or have diarrhea sorry if TMI and a lot of gas and fluttering feelings in lower abdominal area.
Just wondering if anyone else had these symptoms and ending up being pregnant? Thanks!

I had the diarreah and had no idea why! Turns out it is a symptom. It sounds promising, but I would make an appointement for blood work sometime next week just to give AF time to be more late or show up lol Though with those symptoms, it's doubtful. When did you last do an HPT?

wait til friday morning atleast. i know its hard but it'll save u alot more anxiety if u just wait til then...then itll be easier to make a decision about schedualling a blood test or a first doctor's appt.

All day I've also been feeling those fluttering feelings. Is that normal? I haven't been feeling like myself. I'm thinking of taking another hpt on Friday as well! Good luck!

Thats what weird that you've never been late. I'd ask about that. Is it a regular period so far? I don't want to get your hopes up but I had two periods while actually pregnant with my son so it can happen. At the time I thought nothing of it, looking back when I found out I was pregnant those two periods were very differnet form my normal ones. However I never kept track so I don't know if they were late or early or what. If there are still t higns not right in your body that usually don't happen during other periods i'd get checked out. could even be you were deficient in somethign this month to lead to it being late.

Yeah I will watch and see how this period goes... The only thing that I can think of is that maybe the last of the hormones from the years of bc....I will keep you updated and thanks for the encouragement..:)
Also when you had periods during you first months of pregnancy, were they very light?

No mine were super heavy. They thought with the second one I had I'd lost a twin but there was no way to see. That would have been roughly at 6 weeks pregnant and I didn't find out I was pregnant til 10 weeks. Not to be gross or anything but the first one I had, I couldn't sit up it was so bad and I just bled right onto my bed. I called my mom in a panic and she came over to help. Stubborn me wouldn't go to the hospital. The second one was not as heavy but the crmaps were pretty brutal and was again unable to get out of bed. Heavy periods werent unusual for me, hence my years of anemia too, but these two were very bad. Should have went to the hospital tomake sure I wasn't gonna pass out form it or had serious clots but I was 21 and stubborn as a mule lol

So me and a couple of my nurse friends figured out why AF was late. Here goes...
So about last Tuesday or Wednesday I started taking Hydroxycut Max (which I know I don't need but want to lose about 10 pounds just for my sake) and AF was due Friday into Saturday. AF was late up until I decided not to take a pill yesterday to see if that was it. Low and behold, she showed up at 5 after work yesterday (probably when the hormones were out of my system).
Hydroxycut Max boosts your metabolism to the MAX and heightens the hormone in a woman's body that they need to regulate and lose weight. Needless to say that is what happened, but regardless thank you everyone for the support and it is on to next month and no I won't be taking any more of that crap. I am taking it back!
Love you all!!!!!

Glad you found a reason. It's always better when you know the culprit. Now my question is, though I don't beleive in those "diet pills" but, did it work? lol I know there is no magic formula or pill to help you lose weight but since I eat ok andf workout like crazy, it might aid in faster weight loss. Just wondering how it went for you, did you notice anything? It's kind of pricey and I would never take it while nursing but once I stop an extra boost would be nice.

Mara,
It is funny that you say you don't believe in them because neither do I. About 2 years ago I did a presentation in college on how bad diet pills are, but I have to say that it does give me more energy and I only take one in the morning and one in the afternoon and goto the gym and I see a difference already. I am only going to take them up until about 3 days before AF and not during then start again when she is done. I have not had any bad side effects whatsoever and I am very sensitive to caffeine and other substances.
I would recommend this as long as you are going to the gym and I don't even take the full dose and see and feel a difference.

Couldn't hurt right? I also want to try the Sea Kelp someone mentioned, I might do that first. I just feel like all I do isn't quite enough I need a boost for my body. I think it still thinks i'm going to starve it because I spent so many years doing just that. I also have to come to terms witht he fact that I'm built like a quarterback so I'll never be thin.
