so i did a LOT of reading last night about implantation (bleeding & cramping). i'm kind of excited because the symptoms i'm having point directly towards this.

i noticed some spotting yesterday (very light spotting...brownish in color) it confused me because as of yesterday i'm still 5 days away from AF.

so, that's way too soon to be spotting (for me). i normally spot just 1-2 days before AF.

so it had me bummed thinking maybe it's AF...but then it kept me hopeful when i read up on implantation.

since Monday (6DPO) I've been having cramping...dull cramps in lower abdomen (i usually notice the cramping more at night...i'm not sure if that means anything or not). Then Wednesday(8DPO) during the day I noticed the spotting.

Last night, sore ta-tas. and today really sore.

I try not to pay too much attention to the sore ta-tas because they're always sore before AF anyways.

well in any event...i'm really hoping these are PG signs and not AF signs.

OMG BABY DUST TO YOU!! Sounds like your Preggo!! i didn't have any of the spottting this time or cramps but did have the sore bb's!!! I can't wait for you to join the BFP club!! especially since you are spotting so earlly in your 2 ww sounds like implantation to me!

kim - thank you so much for the positive words of encouragement.

i'm definitely trying to stay hopeful and crossing my fingers and toes that this all means something.

if not - i'm going to curse AF up and down for messing with me.

nobody likes her, why does she even come around?! :)

how are you doing by the way?

Much baby dust for you!!! Since you are so close to finding out I'll pile on as much as possible! :0) I really hope this is the month for you.

i'm actually not temping.

this is only our 3rd month TTC (really only 2nd time trying...we didn't really "try" last month)

i happened to use OPK this time around...only because my girlfriend had a kit and she found out she was preg, so she didn't need the remaining 3 tests and gave them to me. it worked out really well, because the last test of those remaining 3, I got a positive!

so i'm hoping it is a lucky OPK for me like it was for her! :)

i'll keep everyone posted. hehe

and if anyone else has experienced implantation bleeding/cramping, let me know what you went through.

i noticed a tiny bit of spotting today again.

not on my panties...or when i wiped.

but i actually went in and checked and there was a little bit of brownish.

i think i'm getting a cold...which i've read is a symptom of preg...however it's also winter in ohio...negative temperatures...snow...so i'm NOT writing this one down as a symptom, who knows how valid it is. lol

I would write it down as a symptom- maybe it is maybe it isnt, but I was to the point where I had a 'reason' for everything and didnt think I was...good luck and baby dust!

well in that case, i could conjur up a few more symptoms. hehe

i find myself with every little thing going hmm...was that a symptom? did i just imagine that? did that really happen? is that coincendce?

not sure what to think now.

the spotting is confusing me.

i'm still hoping it's implantation spotting because of how soon it started and because of the cramps, but last night i noticed there was the tiniest bit of reddish color with the brown spotting.

there was only a tiny bit of spotting that made it on my panties yesterday. sometimes i would get some on the toilet paper when i wiped, but most of the time, i didn't notice it unless i went in and checked.

today there isn't anything on my panties (yet?) and nothing when i wipe.

only a little brown if i go in and check.

i got SUPER depressed last night when i saw that little bit of red thinking AF is on her way! :(

i'm still trying to keep the faith and hope AF doesn't show her face Monday.

but it definitely is bumming me out and i'm trying to prepare for the worst.

I am sorry cayla. I know it has to be frustrating.. I do you always spot like this before af comes. I am hopeing for the best that it isn't AF. GOod luck

I typically only spot 1-2 days before AF...not 5 days before?!!!!

So there's still some hope I suppose.

There's still hope....spotting seems to be tapering off. If AF were coming, shouldn't it be getting heavier? More flow like???

unless this is the calm before the storm?! :)

let's hope not...come on BFP!!!!!!!

GL. I never had spotting before an AF but the one before I got pregnant was only spotting. Very weird for me, I'm usually so heavy my face gets paler lol Not that it has far to go before it hits sheet white lol Hopefully by later on the spotting has stopped at that'll be that last you see of that for 9 months!!
